(PS. May-Belle's response was to quote the infamous Mae West line,
"Is that a pistol in your pocket or are you just glad to see me?")
At which point Omer stammered out his favorite John Wayne quote: "A man's got to do what a man's got to do". Luckily his second favourite ("I'll see you spread-eagled on a wagon wheel") had temporarily slipped his mind.

ReplyDeleteHow timely - I just watched the live version of Omer last night, in concert at the big church you and saw him at - Oliver Swain and the Big Machine (new band). Looks just like Omer,right down to the shirt, boots and hair.
